Job Type: Full time; Consultant (12 Months)Location: El Segundo, CA 90245Schedule: Monday to Friday; First shiftPay Rate: $81.89 to $102.48 per hourJob DescriptionWork statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role.

• Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.
• Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.
• Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.
• Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
• Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min 5 years
• Min Bachelor (open to resumes without the degree with experience)
• Top Secret/SCI most important
• Mastering Scheduling
• MS Project

• Schedule Management

Pay Details: $81.89 to $102.48 per hour
