NOW Hiring an Accounting Analyst for a Global Manufacturing Facility of Chips and Snacks!

Worksite: Coppell, TX 75019

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr. paid weekly, direct deposit

Shift hours: 8am-5pm M-F, with flexibility

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date entry journals for financial transactions.

Utilize Excel, including advanced functions such as v-lookup and pivot tables, to organize, analyze, and present financial data effectively.

Assist in conducting physical inventory checks for assets and products.

Control for new asset additions, ensuring proper documentation and recording.

Create purchase orders (PO) as necessary for procurement processes.

Register journal entries accurately and promptly.

Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures.

Maintain electronic files related to federal and state accounts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements as needed.

Perform basic accounting tasks including reconciliations and expense tracking.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Excel, including v-lookup and pivot tables, and willingness to learn new tools and software.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.

While not required, coursework or a degree in accounting is a plus.
