Job Description

Title: Senior SAP P2P Functional Consultant
Location: Onsite 2 to 3 Days Per Week in Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Market (Candidate should be on our W2)
Must be Open To Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities:
Ensure quality and on-time delivery of project activities related to Procure to Pay functions.
Perform MM configuration checks, recommend changes, and
Proactively anticipate project deviations and escalate the need for immediate corrective action.
Validate as-is and to-be procure to pay processes, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate requirement workshops with Procurement teams.
Maintain documentation library for design, configuration, and training material related to MM module.
Support integrations with OpenText (OCR) tool and POS systems.
Assist with integration, unit, and user acceptance testing, including preparation of test cases and writing test scripts for procurement processes.
Support security design and maintenance, oversee approvals for MM changes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve support calls from procurement, manufacturing, and maintenance teams promptly.
Skills Required:

Minimum 7 years of SAP ECC/S4 experience including material management, warehouse management, and production planning.
Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting MM/PP/SD modules.
Participation in at least 3 SAP full-cycle implementations or functional upgrade projects.
Experience in managing customer expectations and building relationships.
Experience with OpenText or other OCR applications.
Knowledge and experience with Coupa will be an asset.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
