The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer service to all internal and external customer by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. General duties include:
- Customer support issues and solving general customer service issues
- Answers phones and order entry
- Addresses emails
- Enters orders
- Checks orders for correctness, enters logs, calls on short dates and item number changes as needed
- Contacts customer regarding expired license and credit card
- Answers incoming calls
- Other duties as assigned
