OnSite Advanced Care is a rapidly growing Utah based company specializing in advanced wound care. We are currently seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our team and provide care in Millard and Beaver Counties. Wound care knowledge is a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
This position requires travel in your personal vehicle to see patients in their home setting, facility and hospital.
Reimbursement for successful Wound Care Certification is provided, with increases in pay upon completion.
The candidate must be able to work independently, be flexible and willing to learn and demonstrate the ability to communicate well with patients, family members, team members and other members of the patient's health care team.
The Nurse Practitioner will conduct physical exams, wound debridement, interpret diagnostic results and write orders as appropriate. You will function as both a health practitioner and an educator as we strive to help patients regain their optimal quality of life. Previous experience with wound care, primary care or home health is valuable. New graduates are also welcome to apply.
