We are growing and excited to add a Warehouse Operator to the team who will perform various activities necessary for assuring compliance to company policies and procedures by performing core functions of quality oversight in the production environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

· Receive incoming and load outbound shipments accurately and in a timely manner.

· Inspect and identify any damages/shortages and notate on all incoming shipments.

· Assist in physical inventories relating to warehoused items (components, parts, etc.).

· Annotates carrier’s delivery receipt of any exceptions noted on the delivered goods.

· Open and verify products against packing slip and note any discrepancies.

· Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities against invoices and packing slips.

· Release all received goods to the appropriate individuals/department or stock.

· File all packing slips in the appropriate location.

· Follow SOPs to ensure no mix-ups, damage, or deterioration occurs during handling.

· Accurately report errors to supervisor and assist with resolutions.

· Generate, complete, and log daily material receipts.

· Ability to analyze workflow and make changes where and when necessary.

· Must embrace and promote a team atmosphere.

· Communicate with customer service, supply chain, and quality on a daily basis.

· Other duties as needed.

Required Skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Data entry, basic computer skills

· Highly organized

· Self-starter

Minimum Qualifications

· Minimum two years’ experience

· Forklift certified

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Basic math skills

· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel preferred

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
