Description

As a Park Cedar Rapids ambassador, your primary responsibility would be to assist those visiting downtown with use of new parking technologies in downtown Cedar Rapids. Ambassadors will be responsible for face to face interaction with downtown visitors on a daily basis. Additional responsibilities will include distributing information on downtown events, amenities, parking policies and procedures as needed. This is a part time position with extremely flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and ability to work with potentially challenging customers .

• Knowledge of events and live acts that perform in downtown Cedar Rapids is a plus.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time (up to 4-8 hours)

• Cash Handling.

• Moderate with Iphone & Iphone applications.

• Availability between Thursday through Sunday minimum.

• Daytime availability a plus!

• Other duties as assigned .
