Park Cedar Rapids is currently searching for an outgoing personality to join our team and help us meet our customer service objectives primarily during nights and weekends. The position’s tentative schedule is Wednesday – Sunday from 2pm-10pm but flexibility is required. DUTIES:

• Lead, direct, and develop team (5-10) of employees to accomplish weekly, monthly and annual goals / initiatives
• Developing and maintaining client & customer relations
• Hiring, training and employee retention of assigned department
• Develop and facilitate marketing solutions for various cross-department programs
• Inventory control and management of off-street parking during events
• Financial management of assigned location(s)
• Provide customer service, responding to client requests
• Ensure compliance of all company policies in addition to all federal, state, local laws
• Auditing and loss prevention
• Overall Management of Event Parking Operations

SKILLS:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of grammar, spelling, and punctuation in the English language
• Understanding of marketing materials and data (Adobe, Google Analytics)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to lead a diverse team of individuals with a variety of skill sets
• Provide customer service, resolve disputes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Critical Thinking ability

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, customer service and administrative experience
• 1-3 years marketing experience preferred
• Ability to work alone under minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, must be able to lead and direct others
• Knowledge of MS Suite and other software / hardware commonly used within an office setting
• Understanding of marketing materials and data (Adobe, Google Analytics)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including primarily nights and weekends.
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and run for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs
• Valid Driver’s License.
