PCI Brand is Hiring a Client Success Assistant Manager Near St Cloud, MN

CLIENT SUCCESS ASSISTANT MANAGER: St. Cloud, MN based role.Must reside in Central MN and have a reasonable commute to PCI's St. Cloud office due to in-office requirements.

CLIENT SUCCESS ASSISTANT MANAGER SUMMARY:

The Client Success Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of market teams and will play a key day-to-day leadership role in ensuring a focus is placed on employee’s performance and development. They will act as a first point of contact for employees and will partner with leadership to ensure employee questions and concerns are being addressed timely and appropriately. They will lead and support various department projects and initiatives, as well as employee engagement activities. The Client Success Assistant Manager must be able to manage their workload and prioritize tasks while overseeing and supporting the efficient and effective operations of their direct reports. They will play a critical role in coordinating and streamlining processes, maintaining strong relationships with employees, and overseeing the execution of operational tasks.

CLIENT SUCCESS ASSISTANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises, coaches, and mentors’ employees to improve knowledge and skills which includes gathering and tracking quality control trends and suggesting adjustments as needed.
  • Writes and delivers performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback regularly during 1:1’s and various employee meetings.
  • Oversees the operations of market teams which includes providing leadership support and assistance based on employee and department needs.
  • Participates in recruitment needs and other employee relations activities, such as disciplinary process, as needed.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to make recommendations for improvements based on the trends and needs within the department.
  • Reports to leadership on a scheduled basis on activities and immediately on significant issues.

CLIENT SUCCESS ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • High School Diploma or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role, leading other employees.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure delivering high-quality results.
  • Valid Driver’s License, vehicle, and insurance.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
  • Background within customer service environments.

OFFICE LOCATION:

  • 628 Roosevelt Road, St. Cloud, MN

CLIENT SUCCESS ASSISTANT MANAGER SCHEDULE/HOURS:

  • Full-Time, 40 Hours/week
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

CLIENT SUCCESS ASSISTANT MANAGER COMPENSATION:

  • Pay Grade: S2
  • Minimum - Midpoint: $61,500 - $76,875 per year
  • Starting Pay Based on Experience
