We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is a full-time position with various shifts available.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
