PCH Hotels and Resorts is Hiring a Groundskeeper Near Opelika, AL
The Gardener is responsible for maintaining our gardens, flowerpots, and shrubs around / throughout the property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Harvesting, planting, seeding, weeding, tilling, prepping, and mulching.
- Daily maintenance of seasonal flowers, etc.
- Practice safety standards at all times.
- Maintain highest quality and appearance of all flowers around / throughout the property.
- Ability to use and knowledge of all equipment needed to maintain gardens.
- Connects hose and sprinkler systems to irrigate turf, shrub beds, and flower beds as directed.
- Apply chemicals including fertilizer, insecticide, and / or fungicide in prescribed amounts as directed.
- Prepare landscape areas for planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers.
