As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of an Event Operations Manager is to oversee the daily activities of the Banquet department and its staff. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service, training and developing the banquet staff, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction is key to the successful execution of our events. • Set clear departmental goals to improve overall performance, delegates tasks and responsibilities effectively among team members, monitor progress regularly, and conduct constructive discussions with staff to ensure continuous improvement.

• Efficiently manages departmental inventories and maintains all banquet equipment in good working condition.
