Join our exceptional team and help shape the future of the insurance industry. Job Summary:PCF Insurance Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing M&A team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will support the Chief Development Officer (CDO). This role serves as the eyes and ears for the CDO, connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information to the CDO, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective and serves as a trusted partner. The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CDO’s needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management Team, Board of Directors, and leaders that report to the CDO. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion. Duties & Responsibilities:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.Manage CDOs inbox (reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails), take notes during meetings and following up on action items, design fliers and partner with Executive Assistants.Event management: planning and coordinating events in the M&A space.Manage the schedule and calendar for CDO.Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to CDO.Coordinate and manage travel.Manage expense reports.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:BS / BA in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field1 year project management experienceStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologiesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in SmartSheet, Excel, One Note, PowerPoint, and CanvaPMP certification is a plus Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience Schedule: Full – TimeMonday – FridayOnsite Location: 2500 W.
