We have a fun and fast paced culture with a focus on making things simple for the customer so they can focus on growing their business. Job Summary: The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage assigned clients by acting as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers.Market new and existing accounts for new business brought in by Producers or existing accounts at renewal. Completing the market analysis for Producers to present to clients.Assist in retaining clients through excellent customer service which includes open and clear communication with clients, producers, general agents and insurance carriers. Ensure accurate and timely responses between all parties.Process transactional changes for clients as necessary, including adding employees, terminating employees, updating addresses, etc.Identify problems, summarize, develop and communicate solutions with regards to all aspects of the insurance process and utilization. Provide resolution for employee issues such as enrollment, utilization and billing issues.Renew existing and install new group insurance contracts utilizing resources to match client needs. Educate, advise and aid clients on all insurance topics and compliance staying current on industry and product changes. Resolve any problems the client may be having with claims, premiums, enrollmentAs needed, prepare materials for client and open enrollment meetings including but not limited to carrier educational materials, PowerPoint presentations, reports and forms (enrollment and implementation).Maintain the agency database for assigned clients.Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications:Clean written and verbal communicationsAbility to work under tight deadlinesExcellent attention to detailWork well in team environmentGreat multi-tasking skillsHaving an amazing, positive attitudeHigh school or equivalent (Preferred) Compensation:Competitive and commensurate with experience Schedule: FTM-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:RemoteBenefits: MedicalDentalVisionPaid Time Off401KLife Insurance
