Job SummaryWe are looking for an Insurance Producer, responsible for selling insurance policies to clients. The right person will be responsible to work with individuals and business to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and facilitate the purchase of insurance policies.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on different types of insurance coverage and policy options, including Worker’s Compensation, General and Professional Liability, Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and assistance.
• Attend industry events and stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up to date client and sales records in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty General Lines Agent.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, property and casualty insurance and specialized coverages. Must understand policy terms, coverage limits, premiums, and exclusions.
• The ability to assess clients’ insurance needs, analyze policy options, and recommend appropriate coverage requires strong analytical skills. Must be detail-oriented and capable of evaluating risks and benefits.

Compensation: $55k
