What You'll Do
- Conduct daily cycle counts of designated inventory items, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile counts with system records, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Document all counting activities and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in our system.
- Research and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related field (retail, warehouse, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to climb a stepladder.
- Experience with cycle counting procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
