Summary/Objective
Shipping Associate/ Equipment Operator is a warehouse employee who plays a key role in the efficient distribution of our warehouse deliveries and arrivals. Working in conjunction with all warehouses operational staff. This person will operate forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks to move product throughout the warehouse.

Essential Functions

· Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product to established standards from storage shelves using barcodes, serial number, etc.

· Run Scan equipment.

· Receive and make labels and boxes.

· Determine and build packaging based on product size.

· Meet established productivity and quality standards.

· Read item, and location codes are orders to accurately pick product.

Use Material Handling Equipment ( Forklift, Order picker, pallet jack) to move products throughout the warehouse.

· Follow all safety regulations.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Previous stock or inventory experience a plus
• Previous experience operating a forklift, order picker and pallet jack required

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment/Physical Demands.
Agility to stand and walk for extended periods of time as a primary job responsibility. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs intermittently during a typical work shift. Observance to establish safety guidelines in conducting physical work activity duties.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This can be a Full or Part Time position with varying hours from 7 am to 7:30 pm. Monday through Friday.

Travel
This position does not have any travel requirements.
