Job Description

The regenerative medicine physician will play a key role in our clinic, specializing in treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions using regenerative medicine techniques. The physician will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and will be responsible for performing injections and other procedures as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical medicine or sports medicine and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness.

Responsibilities

1) Evaluate and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions

2) Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using regenerative medicine techniques, such as stem cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy

3) Perform injections and other procedures with precision and care

4) Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

5) Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options

6) Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients

7) Stay current with advancements in regenerative medicine and incorporate new techniques into practice as appropriate

8) Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

9) Adheres to professional standards, policies, and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, OSHA and HIPAA standards

10) Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior

11) Performs other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

1) Medical degree from an accredited medical school

2) Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Sports Medicine

3) Fellowship training in regenerative medicine preferred

4) Active medical license in the state of practice

5) Excellent diagnostic and treatment skills

6) Strong communication and interpersonal skills

7) Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

8) Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
