• Weekend Warrior Schedule: Be their superhero on Fridays and flexible hours on Saturday/Sunday (think 5-hour shifts for daytimes or date nights). We can tailor the hours to fit your needs!
• Join the Fun: This wonderful family with a sweet newborn girl and two energetic toddlers needs an extra set of hands for the weekend. Be their partner in playtime, creativity, and keeping things running smoothly.
• More Than Just a Babysitter: This role is similar to being a Mother's Helper, meaning the parents will be around. You'll be a reliable teammate, helping with everything from diaper duty and playtime to light meals and keeping things tidy.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience wrangling multiple kiddos: You've got experience working with young children and can handle the fun and the chaos with a smile.
• Weekend Availability: You can commit to at least one weekend day a month, ideally for 6 months to a year.
• Big Kid Heart & Calm Spirit: You can be playful and fun while also being calm, nurturing, and patient.
• Passion for Little Ones: You genuinely love working with children and helping them learn and grow.
