Meet the Team:

As a UX Manager within the Global UX team, you will guide your team in executing on end-to-end Unified Servicing experiences for consumers & merchants globally.

You will guide your team in collaborating with other cross-functional team members to build and deliver the best possible Unified Servicing experiences for consumers and merchants around the world.

Your Way to Impact:

You will lead a team that has passion for designing intuitive cross-platform experiences leveraging prototyping techniques, empathy, and research with a test & learn mindset. You will help us find and develop great design talent and have a passion for coaching designers and partners in empathizing with customer problems, and how to diagnose them with data and treat them through design.

Your Day to Day:

• Lead a team of designers, encourage best practices in process and methodology and deliver against business KPIs and customer needs.
• Lead UX efforts within your cross-functional team, including strategy, planning, participating in delivery and presenting effectively to stakeholders.
• Coach team to use established design system, style guides, patterns and assets in the creation of UX deliverables.
• Actively contribute to the wider UX community, leveraging your strengths to help others grow.

What You Need to Bring:

• A successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience within UX or Product design and at least 1-2 years leading or managing direct reports.
• Complete UX skillset with a proven ability to deliver across products and platforms, mobile apps, financial services expertise an advantage.
• Familiarity and experience with standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, and Invision
• Experience in leading, growing and inspiring highly talented and productive UX teams
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in the study of user experience, design, research or related fields is preferred but not required
