You will be responsible for leading the charge in bringing our payment capabilities to life and driving their adoption by our customers. You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer needs, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth, and monetization considerations. Your day-to-day Be the voice of the customer’s needs by spending time with customers, sales, and support by synthesizing their feedback and market trends Define strategies, develop your product roadmap, and lead the successful execution of initiatives to produce outstanding growth in customer engagement Create user stories and provide other required input and direction to the Scrum team; own the backlog and keep the team fully engaged in building the highest-priority features and enhancements Collaborate with global teams to develop scalable platforms that support growth and innovation. Ensure platforms are flexible, secure, and capable of evolving with market demands Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive roadmap decisions and prioritization Evaluate the competitive landscape and stay informed of the latest trends Partner closely with cross-functional teams at PayPal to design, build, and launch experiences that can increase the adoption of the right product for each merchant Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs Define growth targets and proactively monitor performance versus projections Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences - including PayPal Senior Leadership team What You need to bring: Minimum 8 years as a Product Manager at a technology company Keen understanding of growth loops and the value of a flywheel engine Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional business impact History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments Outstanding analytical skills, specifically in using funnel tracking and BI tools to drill down on insights and create solutions on data-driven hypotheses Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise communication with senior leaders and project partners Deep attention to detail; passion to create delightful customer experiences Familiarity with FinTech products and concepts Additional Job Description: Subsidiary: PayPal Travel Percent: 0 - PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
