The Business Enablement & Operations team evaluates, supports, and strategically recommends how PayPal can leverage its funding, resources, and staff to senior leaders to fuel customer growth, protect its customers, and meet regulatory requirements. Collaborate with team members within the greater GEM&O organization to understand how to apply successful business operations processes to a wider and more senior audience to drive success and scaling of financial governance. Primary Job Responsibilities Work closely with project managers, analysts, subject matter experts, and leaders to formulate, create, and support business process & administration of the Business Operations function (vendor, legal, financial, sourcing, etc). Analyze data sets for opportunity, process improvements, and new partnerships to mature reporting processes for a rapidly growing and scaling governing model Develop reporting and priority assessments and present those assessments based on findings in collaboration with corporate finance/procurement, direct and senior leadership.
