Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Program Management – One of the key responsibility of this role is to be able program manage the beta testing portfolio of work. Manage the day-to-day relationship with the vendor, including but not limited to driving weekly sync meetings Maintain and improve the program roadmap and schedule Oversee new project intake and ensure requests are being analysed and tracked Maintain and improve analysis of project throughput Track and forecast spending, analyse vendor's invoicing data to remain within budgets Adapt the Beta testing process to stay compliant.
