Job Summary:
We are seeking an Automotive Detail/Make ready person to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure vehicles are cleaned, polished, and made ready for display and delivery to customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in automotive detailing
- Knowledge of cleaning and detailing products and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, steam cleaners, and power washers
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors
- Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage
- Apply touch-ups to chipped paint
- Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with moving vehicles around the lot
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles meet customer expectations
