**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to not only manage financial records but also assist with secretary duties within our company. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day financial transactions, process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, and reconcile bank statements, along with providing administrative support.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong grasp of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the general ledger and financial records
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with budget preparation
- Monitor cash flow
- Provide administrative support and handle secretarial duties
- Assist with tax preparation and reporting
**Preferred Skills:**
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
