Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join a reputable law firm that is nationally recognized. This is a full time, permanent position, 35-hour work week, in office 4 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation, between $80K - $90K!

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

• At minimum 6 years of legal experience - preferably supporting Shareholders and Partners with large books of business
• Extensive experience with generating table of contents and table of authorities
• Electronically file (federal and state courts)
• Transcribe, type, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, handwritten or existing documents
• Managing a very active calendar of appointments, meetings, travel plans, and assisting with invoices/billings
• Additional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned
