The Learning and Development Business Partner is responsible for working closely with key stakeholders on the creation and evaluation of Learning & Development programs and initiatives related to companywide training as well as support for individual business units. This individual will act as a lead project manager for internal and/or client training initiatives and deploy and evaluate our ongoing internal and/or client training solutions.
This individual will engage with subject matter experts, stakeholders, content creators, learning professionals and leadership, managing projects from discovery to delivery. This requires a strategic mindset and a strong ability to build relationships, conduct thorough interviews, and recommend solutions through a consultative approach.
