The Paycom Events and Experiences Marketer will play an important part on the Events and Experiences team as events and experience are an important part of meeting Paycom's business objectives. The Events and Experiences Marketer will help produce events and experiences for marketing to prospects and clients through various events including user conferences, brand activations and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helps support the execution of project plans as needed for large-scale events to include project initiation, planning, control and closure
• Supports and coordinates the logistics of events which increase brand awareness to include, setting up space, displaying promotional materials, and closing out events with any necessary follow-up
• Troubleshooting and resolution all issues to reach event goals
• Collaborates on projects with others on the marketing team
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• Represents Paycom in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

Experience:

• Experience in coordinating and/or planning events and brand activations

• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills are critical.
• Service-oriented attitude with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess professional verbal and written communication skills.
