Pax is currently looking for a Maintenance Tech at our Casa Bella Inn & Suites hotel in Tallahassee, FL. Our Maintenance Techs are the backbone of our hotels -- you keep our clients and staff happy by keeping things running and fixing them when they don't.

As our Maintenance Tech, you'll be expected to:

• Assist the Chief Engineer with all maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks
• Monitor daily electric, water, and gas consumption
• Complete assigned budgets to the Chief Engineer's standards for budget, schedule, and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all workstations, storage rooms, grounds, and landscaping according to Pax standards
• Perform daily inspection of interior/exterior lighting, fixtures, and furnishings
• Stay in contact with the front desk agents to ensure all tickets are addressed and/or completed
• Recover/report lost items to front desk or manager
• Respond to all guest/staff concerns courteously and professionally
• Attend and contribute during weekly meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in hotel/building maintenance
• Must have a flexible schedule (scheduled hours may include off-hours and weekends (depending on the hotel's operational needs)
