Summary:

We are seeking a fun and positive individual to join our team at Payday America! Payday America has been providing customers with short-term banking options for my than a decade.

Come join our team and make a difference helping us deliver and build relationships through providing financial options to our customers, building relationships within the community, and assisting with growing accounts and marketing for our store.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Direct, supervise and schedule store staff
• Complete daily ADP time off requests, exceptions and any payroll related items for the location
• Hire, train, assign duties, and evaluate team members. Promoting, coaching or terminating when appropriate
• Enforce safety, health, security rules, OSHA compliance, and loss prevention in your location
• Working with District Manager on location needs
• Exceed minimum perfect file standards
• Monitor loan trends, audits and new accounts
• Participate in weekly conference calls and in person meetings
• Follow and implement company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for your location
• Promote, sell and activate Jelli bank cards
• Grow accounts and market the store within community
• Trouble shoot loan issues, balance issues and trust register issues
• Attend city council meetings and other extra circular activities as needed
• Control bad debt and monitor costs
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiations skills
• Travel to cover stores when needed
• Provide great customer service to guests
• Other duties as assigned by upper management

Qualifications

Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of banking experience
• 2-4 years of manager experience
• Associates Degree
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required

Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• 30 WPM

 
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: 

Must maintain valid/unrestricted driver’s license at all times
