Synopsis
This role is for the company's lead position to address structures (residential and commercial) with wildlife entry issues. Your main focus is with bats and mice. You will learn to evict or capture the targeted wildlife and render the structure wildlife proof. Your secondary role is to assist with other company trapping projects.

# Ability to lead conversations with customers and troubleshoot wildlife issues
# Ability to pass the Commercial Pest Applicator core and 7A exam
# Preference given to those who have earned college level science credits
Extended list of responsibilities and requirements
- Conduct inspections of properties to accurately identify wildlife entry and determine the best course of action
- Safely and humanely address wildlife using appropriate trapping and removal techniques
- Seal vulnerabilities to prevent future entry
- Educate customers on wildlife behavior and provide recommendations for preventing future wildlife issues
- Complete detailed reports on each service visit
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
- Participate in company led field research
- Read and discuss published work on wildlife topics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in wildlife removal or pest control is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of local wildlife species and their habitats is a plus
- Willingness to learn deeply about the biology and ecology of the wildlife we service
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various outdoor environments
