Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Support Assistant to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Provides support and administration functions for Field Services (missed ETAs, confirming next day ETAs)
• Data Entry of all activities and tasks completed within a specific job, creating, updating, and sending technician work orders, shipments and other tasks related to a service request
• Supports Customer Service and Field Service Managment with administrative functions

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates Degree
