Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our team. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the paving industry.

Paving Solutions, LLC specializes is a full-service parking lot maintenance & construction company that provides many services including concrete, asphalt, paving, repairs, sealcoating, line striping, signage, and more. We handle small and large jobs including commercial, industrial and multi-family.

As a project manager/sales representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach and to assist growing our customer base. Our customer base consists of many different commercial clients, but we are looking for someone who may have some existing relationships with Property/Facility Managers in the DFW area. This is a field position that offers the flexibility to work from the office and out in the field daily. You will be responsible for chasing new customers & building relationships. Our sales team estimates and sells their own work. Keep in mind we are a small family-owned business so sometimes you do have to wear many hats.

This is a commission-based position, please keep this in mind. There will be base pay & your pay will depend on the performance that you put forward. Construction sales/estimating is a plus and we can train you on our scope of work. Once you are on the team, we do have accounts that we would let you control and manage to help get you started and flowing.

Duties:
- Sell, Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schematics, and other relevant materials
- Utilize Microsoft products used in proposal and estimating duties.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
