Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a business manager, with specific experience in non-emergency medical transportation. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations management of our transportation services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Transportation and Logistics Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the transportation operations and logistics within the company and reports to the Director Of Operations and Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations of non-emergency medical transportation services.

Coordinate transportation schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.

Supervise and support transportation staff, including drivers and administrative personnel.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and maintain vehicle fleets to ensure safety and reliability.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.

Assist with Business Development and revenue growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, with a focus on transportation services.

Proven track record of success in non-emergency medical transportation operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
