NOW HIRING: Physical Therapy Assistant
Responsibilities Physical Therapy Assistant:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on therapy to residents as directed by the treatment plan.
- Monitor and document resident progress during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services provided.
Qualifications Physical Therapy Assistant:
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Ohio.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
