Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of architectural projects from conception through completion. You will lead project teams, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in Revit will be crucial for creating detailed designs, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of architectural projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Utilize Revit to create and manage detailed designs, drawings, and BIM models.
Ensure projects adhere to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Professional licensure in architecture.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on commercial and/or large-scale projects.
Proficient in Revit and BIM methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
