We are seeking a skilled and organized Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. As a member of our team, you will provide essential support to two of our partners in handling family law cases. This is a rewarding position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and related matters
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and forms
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits and other trial materials
- Process, organize, and analyze discovery
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing calendars, and maintaining office operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a paralegal in family law or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in data entry and document management systems
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of legal documents
- Knowledge of legal drafting techniques and terminology
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other paralegals and support staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,760.00 - $62,400.00 per year
