Wood Insurance Agency, Paull Associates grew from a two person insurance organization to one of the larger Insurance/Real Estate Firms in northern West Virginia. Paull Associates specializes in Personal-Professional Insurance and Real Estate counseling, emphasizing above all service to their more than 5,000 clients. Paull Associates specializes in medium to large commercial insurance accounts, as well as a full line of personal insurance products for your life, home, and auto.
We are seeking a Client Account Manager who has experience managing clients and projects. The ideal candidate will be personable, highly organized, self-motivated, well-versed in the client management process, with a strong desire to go above-and-beyond for our clients. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients to increase business opportunities, provide feedback and advice on our services/product, and ensure that all projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team.
- Respond to customer requests.
- Handle customer service issues.
- Manage a client's portfolio.
- Answer client questions about products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
