Job Title:

Part-Time Event BaristaJob

Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic part-time event barista to join our team. As an event barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee and beverage service at various events, such as Weekend Markets, corporate gatherings, and Sponsorship Events.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Crafting high-quality espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos, using professional espresso machines.
  • Providing excellent customer service by engaging with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment throughout the event.
  • Assisting with setup and breakdown of the coffee station before and after each event.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborating with event organizers to fulfill specific beverage preferences and requirements.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and communicating with management regarding restocking needs.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring).
  • Passion for coffee and dedication to delivering an exceptional beverage experience.
