Paul Hastings LLP is Hiring a NY Asset-Backed Finance Associate Near New York, NY
Paul Hastings' Asset-Backed Finance Group is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience to join our team in New York. Candidates must have experience dealing with asset-backed finance transactions and will have participated in advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured finance offerings.
Our Asset-Backed Finance group represents clients ranging from highly sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups, and the group has played keys roles in implementing many well-established securitization platforms in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing practice.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $225,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
