Paul Delima Coffee Company is seeking full-time associates (production/quality control & roasting) to work in the Company's roasting facility. Excellent compensation and benefits package.

Shifts Available:

Monday - Friday

2:30AM-11AM

Monday - Friday

7:30AM - 4:00PM

Monday - Friday

4:00PM-12:30AM

The position would include various jobs within the food processing operation to include receiving of raw materials, feeding materials into the system, and processing finished materials.

Production responsibilities include:

· Ability to work with limited computer programs

· Able to follow specific instruction-high level of attention to detail

· Some lifting with pulling and pushing of materials

Quality Control responsibilities include:

· Conducting various quality control checks of products on production lines.

· Perform a variety of quality control testing on coffee from green beans to finished products to determine company standards are being met.

· Individuals must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and possess good analysis skills.

Roasting responsibilities include:

· Understand and operate computer-controlled equipment

· Understand mechanical functions of various pieces of manufacturing equipment in order to operate the equipment safely and identify issues/malfunctions of equipment

· Able to calmly multitask with the operation of multiple pieces of equipment at the same time while interacting with other associates

· High level of attention to detail

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

**Individuals with some mechanical repair experience would be a benefit to this position.
