Who We Need :

A driven overachiever to join our team of coordinators and provide exceptional customer service to those who have suffered a disaster or loss. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves change. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned projects
  • Assist with new project intake and enter all projects into the software correctly with detailed information 
  • Schedule all subcontractor site visits for assigned projects
  • Manage all necessary documents for assigned projects
  • Communicate with all of your assigned customers effectively, using their preferred method of communication
  • Ensure project notes are up to date in our system twice weekly
  • Process weekly approved invoice and payment requests
  • Assist Project Managers with ordering construction materials and selections, if necessary 

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and time management skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with technology and MS Teams / Office 365
  • 3 years of office and administrative experience
  • Scheduling or dispatching experience is necessary
  • Experience in construction or related industries is highly desirable
  • Able to problem solve and assist in conflict resolution
