Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Hours/Week: Full-time
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 Base Commission (Unlimited potential)
Reports to: Owner/GM
Location: Northridge, CA
Position Summary:
- To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand
- To promote the services of Paul Davis
- To build industry relationships
- Build strong relationships with current and potential commercial and residential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and cold calling
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
- Collaborate with Franchisor Director of Sales & Marketing on quarterly strategy to build brand awareness and meet revenue goals
- Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards
- Utilize marketing technology software to upload CRM contacts, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
- Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly
- 3-5 Years of sales experience, preferably in restoration
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
- Experience working with a CRM preferred
