Paul Davis Restoration of West County, MO is Hiring a Paul Davis Restoration Of West County Is Looking For an Assistant Mitigation Manager Near Fenton, MO

Paul Davis Restoration Of West County is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Assistant Mitigation Manager to join our team. The assistant mitigation manager will help assist the mitigation manager with overall day to day operations for the mitigation team which includes deploying and leading crews, initial inspections, and updating customers throughout their projects. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of the property/casualty insurance claims industry and is a problem solver. Previous mitigation experience that includes supervisory responsibilities and experience with water/fire/smoke/mold damage--and other emergency/disaster recovery/repair is a must.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Direct and manage crews following proper cleaning processes and PDR standards
  • Regularly travel to and from job sites to consistently monitor the progress of the job
  • Proactively communicates expectations and any scope changes to customers and technicians in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Utilize industry software to make sure every step of the job is documented properly (This included sketching in Mica, Document Uploads, Photos, and Notes)
  • Responsible for ensuring all required paperwork and photos have been completed and collected per program requirements
  • Work in conjunction with the mitigation team to ensure that the highest level of customer service and project expectations are provided to clients and insurance companies.
  • Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule – some weekend and evening hours may be necessary in the event of an after-hours emergency.
  • Help train and provide feedback to lead technicians
  • Maintain and enforce standards, policies and procedures
Job Specifications: 
  • Experience in the disaster, restoration, mold, water, fire or other related industry required.
  • Aptitude for handling a high volume of tasks and prioritizing tasks efficiently
  • Exercise good judgement in making decisions
  • Extraordinary attention to detail oriented and organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and XACT analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment
  •  Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to learn and utilize the company’s RMS software
  • IICRC certifications a plus
