Paul Davis Restoration of Southern New Hampshire & Maine is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Rochester, NH

Paul Davis Restoration of Boston North and Southern New Hampshire is currently looking for an Project Coordinator in our Portsmouth office.

At Paul Davis, we provide services to clean up and repair damage to commercial, residential and institutional properties due to storm, fire, water, mold: or other disasters. Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8-5pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical support to outside project managers.
  • Assist project managers with the coordination of their workload.
  • Answer all incoming calls and emails, assisting with, adjuster’s and subcontractors’ needs.
  • Contact the customer, schedule inspections, obtain adjuster information from insurance company, update the information into file, enter and maintain information/notes and uploading documents
  • Manage vendor 3rd party venders. Work with vendor in keeping client’s files updated and finalize our monthly billing.
  • Manage project managers vendor work by following up weekly on each assignment to ensure accuracy.
  • Create a job file for all jobs in the RMS-Dash system.
  • Manage 3rd Party Compliance.
  • Request assignments from vendor management programs with various insurance clients.
  • Maintain employee’s certifications and background checks
  • Schedule and coordinate all In-House contracting work for our carpenters and painters.
  • Obtain and maintain all subcontractor insurance documentation.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years’ experience in general office administration/management.
  • Restoration, Construction or insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of RMS-Dash system preferred.
  • Knowledge of Xactanalysis, and Xactimate systems a plus.
  • Customer Service
  • Microsoft Office suite (strong emphasis in Word & Excel) needed.
  • Self-Starter and Highly Motivated.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
