Paul Davis Restoration of Waukesha is looking for Hard Working and Reliable individuals to Assist in the photographing, estimating, and mapping of homes and businesses affected by a fire, flood, storm, or other disasters. This is an extremely important role in our company, and we are looking for the best of the best to fill it. Some duties include photographing, sketching, and estimating.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity
  • Work at the direction of the Director of Technical Services
  • Learn and Utilize technical software (Matterport, Hover, Beacon 3D, RMS, Xactimate, Symbility, etc.)
  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Photograph homes and businesses with Matterport 3D Camera
  • Upload photographed scans of customers home to their profiles
  • Sketch and measure parts of homes occasionally not detected by the camera (pencil, paper, laser measure)
  • Create an estimate for work to be done using Xactimate/Symbility Software
  • Proactive communication with management and team leaders
  • Show up clean, work clean, leave the work area cleaner than it was when you arrived, and clean up after yourself
  • Jobsite security and safety
  • Other job duties as required
  • Must Have A Valid Driver's License
  • Must Be Able to Pass Felony Background Check, Drug Screen, and Alcohol Screen

Education: 2-year Technical Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience

Experience: Entry Level

Physical Demands:

  • Time Management skills are a must
  • Camera/lighting experience is a plus
  • Computer experience is a must
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good organizational skills are a plus
  • Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (occasionally) 20-100 lbs.
  • May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.
  • Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
  • Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.
  • Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.

Reports to: Director of Technical Services

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm shift with 30 minute lunch Monday - Friday. The employee is expected to work overtime when requested. The employee is expected to be on-call based on a rotation basis.
