Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency property damage (residential/commercial)
- Handle multiple projects at a given time while still giving attention to detail
- High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation (demolition and cleaning), and emergency fire/smoke services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Team Lead and Core Claims Manager
- Act as liaison between customers and insurance carriers
- Be accessible by phone and perform on-call rotation as needed
- Ensure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion
- Assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Desire to continually learn new things
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Forklift Certified preferred

- Hourly rate: $23-$26/hour based on prior experience and current certifications
