The Apprentice Program is designed to provide motivated individuals a path to a successful career in the restoration industry. Activity and direction will be provided to assist the candidate in developing the skills and knowledge to be successful in various positions within the industry. The position will initially be responsible for providing on-site services to our customers, working alongside our hourly staff and field management. The Apprentice must learn to deliver expert and professional services and knowledge to our clients with the expectations of developing into a leader within the company. They must demonstrate an interest and desire to excel in all aspects of the company including technical, management, and sales.
The Apprentice must learn to deliver these services through personal contribution and a continuous effort to get better.
The ideal Apprentice:
- Is self-motivated and desires a career path in a solid, growing industry
- Carries themselves in a professional manner
- Works safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, etc.
- Successfully completes required training courses as directed
- Looks for opportunities to improve knowledge and experience
- Participate in On-Call rotation
- Likes working with people and can deliver truth
- Has excellent communication skills
- Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Construction experience is preferred
Technician apprentices annual pay range varies from $31,000 to $41,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential. This is an opportunity that will allow you the freedom to work independently to solve problems on a daily basis.
