Salary:

Requirements:
  • 3 years of water mitigation experience preferred
  • Must have demonstrated project lead/supervisor experience
  • Ability to lead a team during a project and communicate to stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the job
  • Must enjoy leading people and making them better
  • Must be empathetic/considerate - want to help customers in time of need
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High school or equivalent
  • Background Check before employment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Regularly need to stand, lift 50 pounds
Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to losses, assess the scope, determine mitigation required, and educate customers on process steps.
  • Provide supervision of technicians to complete water mitigation including extraction, demolition, cleaning, equipment setup, monitoring, and documentation by IICRC and Paul Davis standards
  • Actively participate in restoration project tasks
  • Identify and manage required supplies for job site, maintain warehouse supplies
  • Quality assurance - Ensure project tasks are completed according to industry and Paul Davis's high standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team, management, and insurance adjusters
  • Communicate project progress, problems/issues to customers and staff
  • Maintain and review project documentation
  • Coordinate with other teams to complete projects
  • Solve problems and resolve issues
