Job Summary:
We at Paul Bailey's CDJR are seeking skilled and experienced Technicians to join our team. We have been located in North Kingstown, RI since 1928. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various automotive repair and maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Repair and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Utilize automotive diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and maintenance performed

Experience:
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, GM vehicles, auto body repair, automotive service, customer service, automotive diagnostics, diesel engine repair, alignment, mechanic, and vehicle maintenance
- Proven experience in performing automotive repairs and maintenance
- Familiarity with the latest automotive technology and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
